Injamam-ul Haq, the current chief selector of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), said, "Our main target is the World Cup. So we do not want to be in such a situation that we have to fall behind. Also, the series against England is important for us before the World Cup. '
Chief selector Inzam-ul-Haq also said, "I wanted to rest the game of cricket in many matches. For this, Sarfaraz has also been given rest. We would like to have a lot of enthusiasm among our players before we go to a big room like World Cup. So we took Rizwan to Sarfaraz's place. But I do not think Rizwan Ahmari will do anything in this series. Sarfaraz's position is very dangerous (important) in place There is a difference between the two wicketkeeper batsmen, because Sarfaraz is always the captain of Pakistan.
"Hafeez is an important player in the Pakistan team, there is no doubt in it. I hope he'll get his fitness back soon. He will return to the team with his ability. '
